I don't suffer from that but I have other problems. The trouble is HA can cause so many physical symptoms and a lot of people get different symptoms even though they are anxiety related. You are not on your own. Try to tell yourself that these symptoms are not going to do you any harm. Good luck keep posting

Yes, and very worrying. You think something serious is wrong, but it helps to talk to someone else. keep in touch xx

Yes I know that feeling too.

What seems to work for me most times is either distraction like you said, or concentrating on breathing out rather than in. I find if I make sure I breathe out fully it makes it easier to get that breath in, iykwim lol

x

I always feel like this I went to the doctor last week he said it was anxiety x

When it first happened to me I went to A & E had x ray, ecg, blood tests and I was told it was Anxiety.

It is not a very nice feeling but when you know someone else has the same I think it helps, sometimes I feel as if I don't want to walk far in case I cannot take that deep breath, but you have to force yourself to go. Otherwise another problem would be not being able to go out of the door. I have also felt lightheaded which is another symptom of the anxiety or so I am told. Keep in touch it is nice to speak to others in the same boat x

I am wondering if it's a bug. Now and again I get intense tummy pain, it's like someone kicking me. Now I've got pain both sides of ribs and I've got a cough too. I can't do much about it over the weekend, doctors is closed but I will keep an eye on it!

Omg me too, I suffer from bad anxiety, and I am only 14. I feel like my lungs lock up and I can't breathe right, i feel like i have to take a deep breath in, inorder to feel like i am breathing. and it sucks. everyone says that it is anxiety. and it probably is, if i don't think about it i am fine. but if i think about it for just one second i am screwed for like 3 hours.

Hi everybody,

Apparently anxiety is provoked by a low level of magnesium in the body... of course besides a disagreeable situation... I was told to investigate this powder.- Natural Vitality, Natural CALM, a relaxing magnesium supplement ..

naturalvitality.com/natural....

I have a year or two suffering the difficulty of deep breathing symptom, the kind mentioned above that you have to calm down and wait for a satisfying deep breath, I began just yesterday trying this product and feel that it is working, I really hope it represent a solution for all of us suffering this awefull problem.

Thank you
