It isn't a solution as such but once you convince yourself it's just anxiety and nothing's going to happen to you and try to ignore it, it seems to go away on it's own hopefully.
Take no notice of it - just let it ride out on its own. the more you worry/fret about it the more it will affect you. In the words of a song. LET IT GO!
