new job anxiety

I started my new job this week and I’m having debilitating physical symptoms of anxiety.

the worst is the nausea, woke up at 4 feeling sick, couldn’t go back to sleep and culminated in me trying to be sick - but nothing to throw up.

I’ve never taken anxiety medication and I’m not sure if it would help with these symptoms or if I should just try and get through it? It feels all consuming though and not sure how long I can continue like this.

Is this sickness feeling normal? I’ve always had it when anxious .

This happening might be because of the change in your sleep pattern. That could be a mix of all emotions like stress, worrying, anxiety and others.
