So my cousin who suffer epilepsy visited and she had an episode while here thank god it wasn’t bad but it truly traumatized me I already think everything is wrong with me but I’ve just been wondering if it will happen to me next . I’ve been sleepless the past 4 days .
She was explaining how they come on and I was telling her sometimes I hear a weird noise in my ear and feel weird for second but it goes away and I have strange bouts of De’Ja vu I’m so terrified I just don’t know how to calm down any tips please ????

It is very scary to witness a seizure. Perhaps you should talk to your Dr about what happened and get more information on this subject. Every person is different.
