My (27M) wife (28F) and I have been through a lot in the past two years, and it is taking a toll on both of us (even moreso her), and l am finding it very difficult to find a "caretaker" support group, for those people living with people with Anxiety/Depression. I am very new to this, so maybe I have not looked in the right places. I have no problem finding groups for people who have depression/anxiety themselves, but less luck finding the right place for people who live with/take care of those people. I would like to find a group where I can listen to other caretakers stories and experiences, share my own, get advice, etc.
