Adrenaline rush
It is a daily occurrence for me. I am used to it now. In the beginning it was very scary. Mine is like my body is shutting down. I'm frozen to the point that moving is almost difficult. Sometimes, its difficult to talk. For people with Dysautonomia, its a little bit familiar. Please don't stress too much about it. It comes and then wears off.
I have POTS which is classed as a dysautonomia too
I don’t have pots tho I get it lying down
Hi, I am new on here, yes I get adrenaline rushes and they can be scary. I try to slow my breathing to relax my body telling myself it is just another symptom of anxiety.
Yes but I have no idea how to describe it mine only lasts a second its some kind of rush through my body like iv gone but I'm still standing if that makes sense i dont know wat I physically feel but it's not nice
I have what feels like an adrenaline rush but it doesn’t go away. It lessens but never leaves entirely. It’s just like a weird feeling in my chest and then in my arms and legs. I also get muscle twitches and jerks. It’s awful. What does your doctor say?
