Hey guys, do you ever just get really sad out of nowhere? So sad that it consumes you and everything that you’ve ever been anxious or scared about comes into hyper focus? This is how I feel right now and I feel like, I’m not happy with where I’m at in life. Wish I could take a break from my own brain and all of my thoughts.
