I have had a fast heart rate for hours now it won’t slow down and it’s making me panic so it’s going even higher! Surely you can’t have palpitations for hours getting really scared and my family are just like calm down it’s probably panic but I haven’t been panicking really just been trying to ignore the fast heart rate but it’s just so uncomfortable i took a diazepam earlier didn’t help but just taken another one .. Does anyone get this if so what do they do to make the heart slow down I really don’t wanna go Hosptial 😢

If they don't stop either call your doctor and ask him what you should do. Otherwise go to the emergency room.
