hi! i struggle with anxiety (haha as expected) and i had this same problem a few years back when i was at my lowest point. i keep finding it really hard to intake air it’s like someone’s sitting on my chest. It’s not a panic attack and i only get it towards the end of the day (from around 6-7pm onwards). i’m not directly stressed about anything but i’m used to not being able to acknowledge things straight away anyway (that makes no sense but i don’t notice things really until after they’re over). anyone got any tips?
i’m not entirely sure it’s anxiety related but i don’t know what else it could be!
any good breathing exercises or things to help maybe calm it or something

Anxiety is the great mimic of many diseases and strange symptoms. Since you said you had it before at a low point ... it very well could be anxiety.
I had a SEVERE case of Generalized Anxiety Disorder that caused me so many symptoms of misery that I lost count. It got so ... if I felt anything strange .... it was ANXIETY. Just coming to terms with it that way was the beginning of healing.
I'll send you some natural tips and lifestyle changes that helped me put my severe case into remission.
