Hi, I had all the side effects you describe after my first AZ vaccinre, all gradually eased after a few days and then felt off colour for a couple of weeks. They are all listed as fairly common side effects. Had my second vaccine 2 weeks ago with no problem. Just contact your doctor if you want to report how you feel.
Hi CDPO16 so you had abdominal discomfort to? That's my biggest concern tbh stupid me went and checked online and defo shouldn't do that if you have health anxiety like me 😷 I did read that abdominal pain is one of the rare symptoms like 1 in 100 get it but my main concern was blood clots I don't have any other side effects arm isn't as sore now but abdominal discomfort comes and goes
I had those same symptoms with my first Pfizer jab, felt like flu. I have had my second 2 weeks ago no problems. Sounds like your anxiety is what is making you ill. Speak to a doctor, yes they are busy, but it will be worthwhile to put your mind at rest. Sending hugs take care, hope you feel better soon.
I had the pfyzer but had huge anxiety from the moment I had the jab, all my muscles tensed and I was fearing the worst, but it all settled down.I had the 2nd yesterday and could hardly lift my arm this morning and my anxieties went up again. My sister had the Oxford and she is not an anxious person, but she had a few hours of aches and pains and headachey, but again it settled down after 24/48 hours.I would think most people have similar, so try not to worry...it all seems quite normal.x
I’m thinking your health anxiety may be getting the better of you ! It’s normal tho to have few symptoms ... don’t stress you will be ok and symptoms don’t last I am now fully vaccinated my arm was sore for a few days but all better
