Zopiclone taste?

Anxiety/Alcohol addiction, side effect not being able to sleep recently after a relapse. Has anyone had success with getting rid of the taste of zopiclone the same night/next day. Works great for sleep but the tast is almost unbearable. I wrapped it in a tissue and snuck it into a spoonful of yoghurt and it was just as bad as if taking with only water. Any tips welcome. I don't know about the taste but I was on 7.5 mg of Zopiclone and gradually found it didn't work. A young GP prescribed phenerghan which is an antihistamine, which I thought couldn't replace an opiate. I was wrong, it was amazing, I slept naturally for the first time in years, but the added bonus was that my terrible anxiety disappeared I am forever grateful to that GP, he changed my life.

Thank, I should say you might get a dry mouth when you wake up. I don't take them every night either.
