Chest arm and back pain

Just want to see, does anyone else get these pains when they’re exercising such as walking? And how many people get these symptoms together at the same time?

Hey o get constant pains in my chest back and arms. Sometimes i get these really bad burning pains in my shoulder blade thst when i walk or move i can feel the pain even more. The chest pains is jist a nightmare i get allot of heartburn and gassy in my tummy so i get winds wanting come out from my chest area and obviously that then scares me cause it then hurts so bad

I also feel weird walking it feels weird and breathless
