Hi all, just having a mare of a time at the moment, my head is playing tricks on me, I’m sure I’m having silent stokes. (Read up on mr google) which I know I shouldn’t of done, but I feel really weird and spaced out, my head is hurting just one side and my vision is a bit off I think, or am I just winding myself up. I’ve been on the brink of phoning 111 but I’m still able to walk and talk and type and make sense, but I’m just feeling weird. What is going on with me. Thank you for reading just needed to put it out there. Does anybody else have these feelings with their anxiety

Hi and thank you for your reply. I too feel like I’m freaking out 24 7 it is exhausting , I just want some calm and peace in my life instead of this anxiety, it stop me from living my life. Take care and thanks again x

I really do feel for you. No doubt you have done this many times before but please shut your eyes, do some deep breathing and find some calming noises i.e. the ocean on the internet to relax you.

Also, have a look at the Thrive Programme. I bought one of their books off Amazon as I have Emetophobia, or let's say I used to have it really bad but it's only very mild now. Just have a look on their website, it's definitely worth it.

Thinking of you.

Hi Cimmy. Breathe with me. Feel your stomach rise and fall. I understand. When we're overwhelmed it's hard to relax and just breathe. Your body and mind doesn't want to feel this way either. It would much rather relax and sink into calmness. And believe it or not breathing calmly and quietly can do just that. I learned this in child birth. The more I relaxed and breathed the easier everything became. God Bless you. And know someone understands.❤

Hi, thank you for your kindness and interest. I’m not doing to bad at the moment, I’ve tried your breathing exercises and found them quite satisfying in a way. I spoke to my doctor and he was quite sympathetic which I was amazed by. My head has settled down somewhat and I’ve been given some tablets to help with the dizziness, I’m trying so many different things to take control of this and hopefully something will work. Thank you for your lovely response, it means a lot to know I’ve got people out there that know and care what’s going on with me x how are you doing

Hi, thanks for your reply, it’s horrible isn’t it, it does help to know I’m not alone in this. Anxiety has taken control of me and I desperately feel the need to control it but I just don’t know how. Thank again. Take care

Yeah I feel like that right now and all I did was eat a raw mushroom in a salad I was making, im sure im fine as it came from the grocery store but my anxious mind and mr google convinced me I was gonna get sick or something. You'll be okay, we're here if you ever need to vent !
