Bring in the new year the right way

Hi everyone, my name is Angela. I started having anxiety when I was 8 years old. I'm in my 40s now. Been on and off medication. Haven't found the one that works for me. I have my first appointment with phyciatrist January 7, 2021. Hopefully that will be the year to finally get the help I need. Happy New Year!

Hi and thank you for responding and the support. I am glad I found this website...like a kid in a candy store. 😀 good to have support and people to talk to.
