Weird feeling in chest

I get these weird feelings in my chest out of nowhere sometimes like it feels like my heart is fluttering and it causes a weird sensation in my chest like my heart is dropping or about to stop. I also get the feeling throughout my body like I’m on a roller coaster but it only last a second or to then goes away. I had an echo done a year ago and a stress test and everything was fine. I’m a very anxious person so idk if this is what’s causing it but it’s scaring the crap outta me and I have pain along the left side of my sternum and In my back between my shoulder blades on both sides. Anyone else get this too?

These are my most common Anxiety / Panic attack triggers. When I lay down on my back sometimes I get an ache or dull feeling between my shoulder blades and I also get the little sensations in the left side of my diaphragm every now and then and it completely sets me off in a panic. I really sympathise with you and I really hope you can find your way of overcoming it and being able to take control of it.

Yes I experience this, it’s frightening, but no harm ..it’s anxiety ...
