I have the temple pulsing going on. It drives me crazy....

I had that after I got a concussion in a car accident. It lasted about 4 months and finally quit. If I held my ears shut I could actually hear the whooshing.

Yes, but not when I am trying to sleep, I have it throughout the day. Advil PM will help you sleep.
