Upper right side pressure

I’ve been having stomach issues and acid reflux for a while and I’ve been having pressure in my right side, usually the upper right. I’ve had tests done and all came back normal. Has anyone else had this?? It’s driving me crazy and I’m worried that something is seriously wrong and doctors haven’t caught it. Can anxiety cause this? Or does it sound like trapped gas? It’s not a sharp pain, it’s pressure

I always get a bas tummy when anxious and trapped wind aswell .Anxiety can do it as the brain sends signals to digestive system x

What you described sounds like what I felt when I would have a gallbladder attack. It would feel like extreme pressure under my right breast and the right side of my stomach. Sometimes it would even resemble the feeling of a charley horse. All my ultrasounds and blood tests would come back normal, but finally they did a test called a HIDA scan that showed my gallbladder was barely working. After having it removed, I've never had the discomfort again. Definitely talk to your doctor about it.

I have the same symptoms and found that I have a fatty liver. It hurts from time to time but goes away. Doc says I need a low cholesterol diet.

I've had that for years. Yesterday I had a bad pain in that area and went to ER. Turns out I have gall stones. Have to see specialist now to see my options. Don't let them tell you it's normal or ok because it's not. Find the right doctor. Good luck. ❤
