Been feeling my heart rate when I’m laying down having trouble falling asleep anybody else experience this?

People may get obsessed with their heart rate and keep checking their pulse BPM. Do you face this issue? Consult a doctor if needed.

Hi you are not alone feeling the heart is playing up and it is really frightening, I was so afraid having cardiac symptoms whilst I was trying to go to sleep I ended up in a and e. All the tests they did come back normal. Read some of my replies to other forum members, hope this helps. Take care.

I have trouble sleeping alot.
