I know what helps my anxiety, everybody’s is different but for me it’s being active and getting out the house. It’s really hard because of the symptoms I get while I’m out, it makes me want to stay inside all day. I have no motivation to get active but tomorrow I think I’m gonna wake up early and take a walk. I’m doing better it’s just I recently had a panic attack and it was so hard to breathe and I was getting lightheaded and now I’m just so focused on my breathing. It feels like my body forgot how to breathe. But I’m still gonna try.

Hi Olivia I hope you feel better soon. I know the feeling all too well but get yourself distracted. Spend time in nature 🌲
Hi Olivia- I know what you are going through because one of my sisters was diagnosed with anxiety. She had trouble breathing, she’s light-headed and there was one-time that she almost collapsed in the church. She refused treatments which made it difficult for her to deal with anxiety symptoms. She stopped doing things she used to enjoy. She fought a hard battle.
Me and my other sisters are her support group. I talk to her about anything almost everyday. I encouraged her to join a life group which she meets once a week online. After a few meetings, I can see that her mood is improving. She enjoys going to work, she has pets, does gardening and she volunteers.
I want to encourage you to keep doing what you are doing now. If being active and going out of the house help you to manage your anxiety then continue doing it. Take it one day at a time. I hope you will feel better soon and things will go well for you. Praying for you. Please keep us posted.
