I got on a 7 day heart monitor what does that check

I’m scared but I feel my Heart is feeling fast am I panicking I get anxious

I have HA but was not afraid of my heart been one of the things I feared yet I am two days out of hospital having had a really bad heart attack and now in a real mess and deep down I knew I think I should have been as brave as you are now and maybe told the Doctor more and had one of those monitors on as even though I doubt they will find anything wrong with you at all as anxiety mimics what feels like there could be something wrong by having that on you can be 100% sure

If for some reason there was a little something wrong they can get you on the right medications to prevent what has just happened to me

So I know you are sacred and because you are your heart will be going fast and feeling strange and fast and of course you will be feeling super anxious and these 7 days will feel forever but tell yourself this is nothing to fear this is a good thing because this is going to make sure I stay fit and healthy and it will

Breath through the anxiety , I know how you will be feeling but soon those 7 days will be up and you will hear those words we can find nothing wrong and how good will that be it will have so been worth doing this , I wished I had
