Propanaprol

I am on propanaprol 60 mg time release for fast heart rate. Every time I take it I get brain fog and ringing in my ears

Not sure how long you have been taking it , as it could be a side effect and if you have not been taking it long could settle down

If you have been taking it a while and it has not got any better talk to your Doctor there are many different meds they can prescribe for this problem and they may decide to try you on something else
