I don’t know how to get passed this

A little over a week ago I began having chest pains. It scared me senseless. Thankfully, it was just acid reflux. But I got so sick after that. Sicker than I’ve ever been in my entire life. Turns out it was a medication I’m on that was screwing with me. Even the acid reflux came from it. Doctor took me off it and some symptoms are improving. But since then..I’ve been an absolute mess with severe anxiety. I can’t even sleep in my own bed and have taken to sleeping in a tent to feel a sense of safety. I was so scared that I was dying and even though I know that I’m not..I can’t shake this terrible feeling.

I have an intake appointment with a therapist this coming week so it’s a start
