I had a head scar that's bumpy on my head from trauma but I keep havimg foggy tense feeling were the scar is and is scars me its not anxiety

You need to get to your doctor so they can run specific tests (imaging) or maybe biopsy to determine if you have a tumor.

But if this is a scar, it’s just a scar. I’ve got chicken pox scars on my scalp that itch or bother me sometimes. If you need reassurance nothing takes the place of the relationship with your doctor, so I’d call your doc.

If by chance you are still covered under your parents insurance due to your age, it only costs a copay (in your network doctor) for a doctors visit.

If you are not, there always a way to get medical treatment. In the US you cannot be denied emergency health treatment under the The Emergency Medical and Treatment Labor Act (EMTLA) passed by Congress in 1986.

Look for Public Hospitals, these are paid by taxpayers dollars. Check where your local free clinic or Health Department is located. You cannot be denied care for being under insured or no insurance.

There is a clinic near by but they cost 65 dollars up front and I don't have I rn

I’m sorry to hear this. If you have an emergency, a hospital won’t close the door on you if you have to go to ER, etc.. (go to public hospital not a privately owned one).

Start trying to put money aside $5-10 week/every two weeks (do without something to save, your health is important) and you will get enough to pay co pay.

It's always a good starting point to speak to a health professionals regarding any health concerns, but I can tell you that my mother had a tumour and did not have any of the symptoms you mention. start by speaking to your doctor
