For the people who get anxiety while driving and get anxious and start to feel disconnected, I’ve heard many of my friends (they don’t have anxiety) say that they experience that too. They say sometimes they feel like they are not there or they feel really disconnected. So maybe it’s common in driving but we just overthink it and start panicking because of our anxiety. 🤷‍♀️ That kind of gave me a relief just thought that I’d share
