Think I’m having a heart attack

My hands are tingling I’m sweating and my heart rate is 93bpm it’s typical anxiety symptoms but what if this isn’t this time what if this is my heart having a attack I’m so shaky too

Nat it’s all anxiety you are not having heart attack you are going through a very stressful and upsetting time and this is making you feel ill ,I wake up like that every day open all windows cold flannel on face and get to the point of near hysteria when I can’t take deep breaths.,I can’t tell you to relax because I know that’s impossible when we are in this extreme state but know my Lovely friend we are here for you I just wish I could give you a big hug it would be good for both of us but I am always here for you take care and stay safe xx

Well ambulance has been he hooked me up for at least 40/45 minutes heart rate went down he wasn’t worried at 104bpm he said that’s not dangerously high it’s likely everything that’s happening lately has taken its toll I’m just gonna take deep breaths and try and chill myself out least I’ve been checked over

If you think it's your heart you need to call for help immediately.

Try and calm your breathing down. Slow deep breaths, in through your nose out through your mouth.

Put a cool cloth on you neck. Put some music on, something to distract in the background.

Hi I’ve had the ambulance out been hooked up for at least 40 minutes all my one are normal my heart rate was fast but not dangerously fast they wasn’t worried at all hooked me up to heart machine done finger prick and was satisfied with it all he says they are perfect obs so I’ve calmed down abit now I can feel my mind telling me what if they wrong but I’m trying to get it out my mind xx

If they spent that much time with you I'm sure they were very confident you were safe.

Distracting is hard but try and find something to do. Keep telling yourself you've been checked and you will be ok.

Yeh that’s what I thought I’ve got to try be strong and handle this but it’s the physical symptoms that get me big time cx

I’m still burning up and that dreaded fear in the pit of my stomach is there still but I’m going to go walk round ease myself

Taking awhile babe to calm down this time the minute I get time to think I literally burn up with sweat start thinking I’m about to die I’m scared of my own shadow at the minute

I don’t believe your having a Heart Attack, though I’m Not a Doctor if you were you wouldn’t be writing this email? To be on the safe side go to the doctor? Let us know how you are 🙏😷
