Hi I know I been making lots of post lately but I finally came to my sense that I need to get up off my butt and start doing something I use to be so healthy I can’t believe I let myself drop so fat down I’m going to workout early tomorrow morning and start drinking only water again I just need to live I’m only 16 I’m too young to be stressing about things that are out of my control I’m just going to make sure my health and skin is great and where it needs to be I’m happy for myself currently drinking lots of water and feeling much better I’m going to sleep early tonight 🙏🏽I pray we all get better

Prioritize sleep, eating, exercise, even add in non exercise activities that help you relax and moreover stay off google, social media that feeds your anxiety as well as the news. All of these these negative feed back loops from your devices should help you immensely. Wishing you the best. 🌺💜

It’s a very stressful time in your life. You’re not young, most teenagers feel this way. I’m sure you feel pressured by other people but the person putting the most pressure is yourself. You’re not supposed to have it all together. Life is about growth. It’s about making mistakes and learning from it. It’s about getting back up and keep going. It’s very important to take care of yourself. Mentally as well. I can see you are trying your best and that is all anyone is going to ask from you. I wish you the best.
