Anyone else feel heart attack symptoms majorly

I have health anxiety so have felt many symptoms including one's that have made me feel like I am having a heart attack

Talk to your Doctor if you really think this is not anxiety and have concerns I am sure they will put your mind at ease that everything is ok

It’s like my anxiety hadn’t been that bad then suddenly I felt a pain in my chest and focused on it which lasted a whole day, then went and I replaced it with arm pain which is more or less constant

When we are anxious we tense the muscles up which are all over our body , including chest and arms this can cause pain and I have this problem on and of at times

But to reassure yourself mention it to the Doctor and they can give you peace of mind that everything is fine x

Can you get chest,arm, jaw, back pain all at a similar time ?

Yes when you are tense you can

Try going on You tube and put in Deep relaxation

Quite a few will come up , pick one that suites you and see the difference possibly when doing it to how tense your muscles are to when they are relaxed

When we are anxious we are so used to having tense muscles we don't even know we are doing it until we relax them x

Well maybe it is best you have a word with your Doctor , they can reassure you and put your mind at ease x

I have the EXACT same symptoms, sometime at different times but when it’s bad all around the same time. It’s scares me all the time been the cardiologist and numerous ER visits and they say I’m fine. I found that young people symptoms tend to be worst. I am 19 it has been going on for almost two years.
