What do other people do to help derealization and depersonalization with anxiety? I have gad and panic disorder and when I go thru phases of severe anxiety, my anxiety favorite symptom is dp&dr? What are some things that helps people out

Meditation and deep breathing are good things to try. There is an app I use on my phone called insight timer and it has thousands of free meditations and there are some on there for panic and overwhelm. Also I have looked into emotional free tapping (technique) and there’s some apps for that as well. If you don’t mind me asking are you on medication?
No I’m not on medication, never have been lol
I’m not an advocate for medication but it may be something to look into if you feel you need it. Also therapy has been a lifesaver for me. The medication I’m on I have read a couple places that it can be for major depressive disorder (diagnosed with) panic disorder and GAD (also diagnosed with and it’s helped.
