I feel a bit more calm today. I’ve had some scary thoughts but I’m pushing through and just letting them be without getting afraid. The depersonalization is hard to ignore but I’m trying my best. It’s unsettling not to feel like yourself like there’s a block between you and feeling everything. Today I will be happy.
