Help! I am in an anxiety state again, started last week. Had anxiety last summer for 3 months, thanks to Adavan (lorazapam) 0.5) i got out of it. Here i go again i have health and med , anxiety and an obsession that i have body odor. Which cause me excessive worry causing fear to set in , then comes the anxity attack. A viscios cycle with to much on my plate. 2 questions ? Does any one here suffer from "olfactory syndrome" which is a fear of smelling bad even tough i am a clean person. I am seeing a therapist on Monday im sure they will want to give me another med besides the Adavan which calms me. Any suggestions on a good med with no side affects that helped?

I am scared to try a med that can make me worse, possibly make me suicidel. Can someone recommend a med that works and is safe

Thanks, Maxine
