I’m anxious

We are at baby’s 1 week appointment. I’m so nervous. Everything is bright and unreal. My hands are tingly. I feel wobbly the floor feels like we’re on a boat. I’m trying to breathe. Breathe. Inhale. Exhale. Concentrate on the feeling of your lungs filling with air. Slowly breathing the air out. My hands are sweaty.

Welcome to motherhood!

Remember to breathe and think positive thoughts, your hormones are all over the place and it's a happy, but stressful time.

Enjoy the moments though. as it passes fast and you are only left with memories. Make them happy!
