Zopiclone

Knitting head took zopiclone for 3 to 4 weeks. I have anxiety but now through the roof. Could it be withdrawal from zopiclone although I was on it only a short while Many thanksx

Hi There Knittinghead ,

I have had to take these whilst going through a very bad thyroid exhaustion time I needed sleep to repair no sleep was making me ill . I think I went through a little time my health anxiety was through the roof so I always felt anxious but getting a good restful sleep was what I needed I have a little boy and told the GP I couldn’t afford to be exhausted . I have just found some still in date and I am on the floor not had any for over a year , sometimes just half is all I need to get into a sleep pattern and at the moment I am feeling very strange on iron tablets very low iron so maybe why trying to make sure I take them and hope feel better , back at work do don’t expect t yo take half a tablet in case I don’t get up on time to snoozy il wait til my day off and get a early night. Did you find you had great refreshed sleep ? thanks binkynoo

Thanks feel a lot better than I did a few weeks ago , been taking g my iron tablets keep my mind busy and not sleeping great especially in this heat . Want to just try eat well and just take it slower pace of life as we all are doing. I still have a few sleeping tablets left but just only take them when I’m at my absolutel worst
