For the last few months I’ve been trying to wean myself off my venlafaxine I was on 300mg and now I’m on just 75mg !!!

Half morning half afternoon I’ve been great with the odd episode but Saturday I forgot to take my half so yesterday I woke up feeling nauseous and having that feeling of dread in the pit of my tummy just like something is wrong with me or something is going to happen badly...this effects my everyday living like I don’t want to get out of bed because I know my thoughts are going to be racing all day and not in a good way I hate this health anxiety and depression and ptsd it hits me a few days then I start to pick up’..is this because I missed my tablets Saturday evening do you think

Just feel so edgy and so tired

hi nat sorry you had a bad episode with your medication.one day last week i forgot to take my half of mirtazapine went to bed and just didn`t feel right.after a couple of hours tossing and turning i managed to finally sleep and apart from feeling tired i was otherwise ok.missing out on your tablet could have upset your daily routine that day but it should have settled back to normal the following day.hopefully things pick up real soon.
