Pain in back when breathing

Can anxiety when taking a deep breath cause pain in my upper back near the side cause I’ve had a chest X-ray and it’s come back all clear and had my lungs and heart listened to but obviously still have the pain in back when taking deep breaths sometimes can anxiety cause this

My oxygen is also 97/98

My peak flow is 590

But still getting shortness of breath everyday all day had this for 3 months now

Also my heart beat when resting is around 55/59
