Cant get over this.

I am struggling. I am a male and 28 years old been healthy my whole life. went to the gym 5 days a week. watched what I ate for the most part. About 10 months ago I had a stomach bug and afterwards I drank and over ate some reallt greasy food and developed an ongoing pain in my upper abdomen. I went to several drs and they told me I had gastritis. about 3 months after my symptoms my dr ordered blood test and a ct scan both came back good. i went back about 2 months ago and he referred me to mental health. Since this has all started i have not been to the gym and i have not watched what i eat. I have put on about 10 pounds and i average a 6 pack of beer everyday a lot of the times it is more. I am in the military and have to small kids and i am afraid of death from undiagnosed pancreatic cancer. Please help me!

im not sure how this is supposed to help lol...it says 90% of the time and the tumor needs to be 2CMs..my mind just says well you are the unlucky 10%.
