Anxiety symptoms

Hello everyone I’m sure in this support we have all experience anxiety with a bunch of heart palpitations and shortness of breath.

Does anybody have problems with feeling a heaviness in they’re chest for maybe like a second.

Yes I do! I feel like it pounds and increase in rate when I inhale and slows when I exhale sometimes.

Yes, but mine lasts a little longer, a minutes maybe? Then I feel rubbish for a few hours afterwards but try to carry on and ignore it but because I feel bad it can be hard to do that.
