Need some advice I’m worried about my breathing and heart I do have anxiety to

I have anxiety as well and my heart beat is the one thing that I worry about the most sometimes. I'm so aware of it that when I feel it do a weird flutter I get scared. But what are your symptoms ?

Mines my heart like I feel it’s going to jump out and hurts sometimes and what else do you get

I get tachycardia but only get it while I'm dehydrated or eat fatty foods or too much candy or things high in sugar. I've kept away from anything with caffeine for 2 years now. So no coffee, chocolate or tea with caffeine in it. So if you are eating or drinking any of those things I can advice you to look for decaf alternatives because caffeine affects people with anxiety alot. I get the pain near the heart at times but I've determined that it's probably gas since I've gotten numerous EKG that were normal and I even had a 24 hour holster monitor that was normal as well. Have you seen the doctor about the pain ?
