Ive always had bad experiences when It comes to lines. My heart beats really fast and knowing that there’s people in front and behind you is overwhelming. Sometimes it makes me go into panic.

oliviaaa1, I use to be like that where I didn't know what to do with myself
while waiting. I could feel the heartbeat increase as well as shallow breathing
starting. The biggest thing was the "what ifs" coming to mind. We don't like
feeling trapped. We need to have that fast escape if needed. There was even a
time where I associated the store as being the trigger.
The key to this oliviaaa is to take hold of the issue and practice at home. Doing
breathing exercises and becoming proficient in it will help you have a different
mindset whenever waiting in line. Breathing properly will overcome any fears
that may arise. Realizing and accepting that these are just thoughts that are
making you uneasy and not a physical issue.
Along with breathing and exhaling slow and long, it helps if you move your legs.
Rocking from one leg to another can help as well as moving your feet as if you
are riding a bike. Any kind of stationary movement will use up the extra adrenaline
that's building because of fear. I hope this helps you some. I no longer think twice
when in line and usually offer to have someone get ahead of me if they only have
a few things. Who knows what others are experiencing Breathe xx
Ye it's a big deal for me to go shopping or go for a meal its horrible I understand what you are dealing with
