If my pharmacist gave me the wrong dosage of very addictive drugs and still have the boxes with date name on them will they replace it with the right dosage. I have all the proof like I said. The date time and all evidence I need to show them. I just don't want to go through withdrawal.

Yes they will , either that or give you the Remaining mg with another box if it can tally up that way . It’s there mistake , they will sort it
They made the error they should fix it. One habit ive gotten into is looking at the medicine before I pay for it. That way I've seen what I'm getting.
I've been given other people's medication by mistake, I've been given wrong doses etc. So, I've started checking their work before I pay.
I don’t see why they wouldn’t honor a mistake they clearly made. Dolphin14 makes a good point. Reviewing your purchase before you leave is a good habit to start.
Heck I get tired of restaurants always getting my fast food order wrong, it’s such a pain after you get all the way home and you didn’t get what you ordered...same concept.
