i know what you mean with all the stress going on right now i'm freakin i feel like i'm losing my mind anything sets me off like a slight cough feeling warm a sneeze stuffy nose i think i have something i wish i could stop my mind from racing with all the bad thoughts

Yeah mate like when I breath in I can feel it in my throat can anxiety do that

yep anxiety can do all sorts of things and this virus thing doesn't help matters

Yes ive got this too mine has been going on for around 4 weeks nearly too some days are worse than others im in complete panic about this virus. Its made me paranoid. When u already suffer with anxiety stuff like this makes it so extreme
