anxiety from a tv series -not usual😩

I’ve always suffered from social anxiety and sometimes feeling as though I just need to get out - run away. But I’ve never that I can remember have anxiety from a tv series, in this case it’s Money Heist! My bf was watching it but I had been catching bits and pieces and listening to it but found I just couldn’t listen anymore and had to get him to turn it off! I’m not sure why suddenly a tv program is affecting me, the only thing I can think of maybe is the fact we are in isolation ‘trapped’ and they’re trapped in the Royal Mint 🤷🏼‍♀️ Does anyone else get this and what sort of program triggers it for you?
