Anyone having reel can’t brethe detached heart palpitations sweating feeling body shut down

Earlier I was, I got my breathing back to normal , feels like I got an elephant sat on my chest still .

Do you do this at home or when going out of both? I used to just do it getting out mostly. Since January I’ve been doing it at home as well 😢

Can be anywhere , anxiety for me never has a pattern. Just strikes when it wants to .

Yeah that’s how it’s gotten for me but just since January. It’s been really hard to navigate .

I did try some a few years ago didn’t seem to be helpful to me.

Me neither tbh, I was just seeing if you had, some people swear by it, but I think if your anxiety is as strong as ours, it has no effect

Yeah. I’ve always had some anxiety and a few panic attacks in my life but this past month and a half had been unreal!

Yes! Out right now just trying to run two errands and I’m feeling all the sensations! Just want to be able to function....I agree help!

Yes it’s more panic attack when it gets to this stage I can’t stand the feelings

Can’t shake this sicky feeling can that be anxiety when I felt like this years ago I had a go who prescribed some sleep aid best ever sleep need it now 😫

Totally feeling this I’m in a mess not sure how o feel anymore sick dizzy weak always before bed at min get into bed feel ill
