Unbearable derealization

I'm having really strong derealization at this moment it's been going on for a while tho but it's just so scary and ik where I'm at but it definitely feels like I'm somewhere else and everything seem so far away it's a really weird and scary feeling..... Feels like reality and slipping away

Prob best you stop. I smoked it for years, I stopped because I felt like I was being detached from emotional reality , didn’t feel myself in my own skin.
