I AM WORKING REALLY HARD AT ACCEPTANCE OF THE SYMPTOMS OF ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION...
BUT BEING HELD BACK SO STUCK IN A VICIOUS CYCLE
The issues causing a lot of ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION are the things that are causing a lot of stress and bring on so much worrying. The problem is that they are on my mind a lot of the time because I know 100% that should I address them then the outcome will be even more stressful than the already compounding stress, because it will create more problems, hence more anxiety, brain fag and depression.
I do turn my mind off at times to give some respite but at the back of my mind they are always lingering there. Really at a loss of what to do, although the best I can think of is to think that by addressing the problems even though it will cause more health problems, I will still be alive.

I have been studying her practice and I believe I have grasped what she means by true acceptance. Although it’s a simple method it’s difficult to do at the same time as she is saying to put yourself on the line without any resistance which is the opposite of human nature’s reaction of either hiding from it or fighting it.
