This week has been rough in terms of my anxiety. For some reason its increased really bad! To the point where I've become worried about getting high blood pressure or any other health problem from it. I've been going to bed feeling shaky and having a panic attack. My anxiety wasn't this bad before! I really do hope this is just a phase and will eventually pass. I did go for a good walk lately which has helped but I still get these bad symptoms. Will I be ok? Thanks

Hi Marc, going for a walk helped dispel the adrenaline build up.
Finding another method of reducing your fears can help as well.
I use Meditation and Breathing exercises on YouTube.
A great way to calm your mind and body before sleep.
Anticipation of what may happen just prompts the anxiety to build.
Try staying in the present moment. There's a meditation for that as well.

Thanks Agora! I actually figured out why my anxiety was increased. It was probably because of blood circulation in my body. Harmless of course but once it gets better my anxiety should lower. Thanks!
