Yes. I have had one a little over a year now. I love it. It helps with my flares from lupus and my anxiety. I sleep better when I can sleep but it also can be too heavy if I am sore and hot at times. So sometimes I will just cover my legs or upper body and that helps. Tip. Pay extra for a quality blanket. It’s worth it. I waited for sales and got a good one. I made a mistake and bought a cheap one for my daughter. The material was cheap and the beads leaked thru the blanket. We had to throw the whole thing away for her safety. Do your research and compare. Best of luck

I tried one awhile ago. I got a very good quality, but it felt to me like I was being smothered to death. I think I bought it tooooooo heavy. I wiggle around a lot in bed, and when I went to turn, I felt like there was a mountain on top of me. The company was great and I returned it and got my money back. So, my suggestion would be to make sure and get one that is not too heavy. Actually, start light and move up if necessary.

osbo54, same thing happened to me when my psychiatrist had me

use the weighted blanket during a relaxation session. A few minutes

through, I pushed the blanket off, it was way too heavy.

I've heard others who benefit from it as well as children and even pets

who can wear weighted vests. :) xx

I have one, it's amazing! Helps me sleep much better. However when it's too hot to have it on me it's hard to be without it as I'm so used to it.

I have two. I just bought another recently. I have one that I have had for about two years now. I think it has helped a lot at night when I have issues of sleep. I do think it does calm me. I have fibromyalgia and I think it helps with that as well. I agree though with other comments in that it will cause some to get extra warm. I have seem some that are cooling but they are a bit pricey.

Yes. My sleep schedule is much better. It also helps relax me, when my legs get restless
