Heart Palpitations

Ok guys I know I know I have asked before and I have seen other posts !! BUT , omg I never have had heart Palpitations all in a row like this !!!! Like came out of nowhere and like 4 of them back to back !!!! And scared crap out of me ... started getting shaky and felt weird ... I do get the palpitations and I am used to them every day , but I never had them come in a row like this and for such a longer period of time ... please please reassure me and tell me your stories of these damn things !!!! Crazy thing is I just saw my cardio doc today too !!! So go figure ! 🙄

I go thru the same thing, at least a few times a day, they seem to get worse the more I worry about them, ... oddly enough have never had palpitations at the doctors, or er... I also notice that I'll get them when comming down from being stressed.. adrenaline drop?

Everyone seems to say they aren't serious, just scary.

Yes it’s awful ... I get them through the day , but this back to back ones that just came through were hell !! Ughhh .. it seriously makes me think my heart will just stop ... yes I know what you mean. My cardio doc never caught one yet on EKG , and the several times I have been to ER ... but he has seen them on my holter monitor I had to wear , so they were definitely detected then !! Just such a scary sensation.. and now that’s all I can think about , like waiting for them to come back again 🥺🙄

My cardiologist, doesn't dought that I have them, but doesn't seem concerned, he also contributs most if my BP issues to anxiety. Has me in the minimal amount s of BP meds.
