Hi. I am experiencing wobbly and heat wave vision but the doctor didnt see anything wrong with my eyes. Also, I am experiencing pain in my gluteal area that radiates to the back of my thigh. Then there's this weird dull pain in my abdominal area that has been going on for two weeks ( not UTI based on my blood tests and UA). Whenever I think about the pain - the dull ache starts- which is odd. I am just thinking of maybe my whole body is tense right now because of my never ending anxiety.

Health anxiety for months
Hi sorry you're dealing with this. I've posted many times about my eyes. I went to eye specialist my primary doctor my yearly eye exam and had and MRA for my eyes. All was normal. My eye doctor did tell me I have what is called computer vision I do work on a computer for about eight hours a day and I have been for the past 17 years. Also I did wear glasses because I'm nearsighted with seeing things in the distance and as he told me sometimes or other we get your eyes get a little worse LOL so one thing he did say is probably from working on the computer my eyes don't focus on their own too well from computer to paper. I'm going to say for myself I probably had anxiety long before it made its big entrance into my life. I started googling EVERYTHING made it all worse. But for me my biggest anxiety symptoms are my eyes I will get some heart palpitations so I can completely understand with what you're saying
I read ebooks most of my time like more than 10 hours a day. Admittedly, I abused my eyes. Now I am taking a break from reading which is hard because it's my to go therapy when I am stressed or anxious. Thanks for replying! It's good to know that this community exists to help other peeps.
Hi theresienne, my eyes also bother me a lot because I'm on the forum most of the
day and evening. I don't read anymore because my eyes need the rest. My "go to"
is YouTube where I listen to Meditation videos that allow me to close my eyes
and breathe. It helps mentally as well as physically in allowing my mind, body and
eyes to get a break for a while.
Maybe you might want to try YouTube. Tons of self soothing videos. xx
What are your symptoms with the eyes? My eyes bother me a lot
