ive been now getting anxiety when missing out on things. i just feel like i wanna have all these experiences with family and friends but if i have to cancel, i get anxiety and depressed bc i feel like i wasted a time that I can’t get back. for example i had plans to go to the rose parade with my parents but fell sick the night before. part of me knows i can maybe stick it out but will be very uncomfortable. but i know i should stay home and get better. but im putting too much pressure. i feel like i should be doing something for the start of 2020. idk. i just hate knowing i cant take back this day

a little better. i ended going to the rose parade. stood for half of it but anxiety has just really been taking ovwr since new years. everything just seems so scary. want this to stop

hi glad you pushed a bit and went although it was hard but these are just some of the things we have to do in order to overcome our worries and fears.
