Hi all, new here. Diagnosed in my teenage years with anxiety disorder, bipolar type 2, ADHD. On a new medication for mood stability, I feel like it's helping in some ways(easier to get up in the morning, more energy), coupled with difficulty accessing my mental dictionary, loss of appetite, and occasional waves of hopelessness. I've tried these support groups before but couldn't stick with it due the stigma and shame. I want to need to stick with it now. Any advice or mantras are welcome. Thank you all for being here and reading this.
